Analyze root causes
ARIS Process Mining allows you to analyze the root causes of anomalous data in your processes. If you observe unusual symptoms on a dashboard, that is, interesting data points that need to be analyzed, you can use the Root Cause Miner app to investigate those symptoms. For example, you observe that the number of complaints in some distribution regions is too high and you want to investigate the symptom.
