Perform a process conformance check
You can analyze the Process conformance using the Compliance app in ARIS Process Mining. The Conformance rate, Fitness measures, and Conformance issue type dimensions are provided in ARIS Process Mining just like all other criteria and are handled analogously. For example, you can use filters to see the conformance of just a particular subset of process instances (cases).
Before you can perform a process conformance analysis, you must connect ARIS Process Mining with ARIS and transfer the reference process model to ARIS Process Mining. The transferred model is then available for later analyses. You do not have to perform this procedure for every conformance check. You must perform it only if you change the reference process model, for example, after a process redesign.
To make the processes comparable, you must map the tasks of the reference process model to the activities of the executed process. This mapping is the basis for your process conformance analysis.
Integrate ARIS and ARIS Process Mining for compliance analysis.
Transfer the process model from ARIS to ARIS Process Mining.
Select the reference processes as the basis for your process conformance check. Depending on the ARIS Process Mining version you use, you can select only one reference process or you can select multiple reference processes.
Use the Compliance app for your process conformance analysis.
