Manage access to projects
You can allow ARIS Process Mining users to view, edit, delete, and set privileges for a project. By default, only the creator of a project has full access to the project.
You can set the following privileges:
View allows this user to view the project.
Edit allows this user to view and edit the project.
Delete allows this user to delete the project.
Set privileges allows this user to set privileges for the project.
Note that users with this privilege can also revoke this privilege from you.
Click
Configure at the bottom of the Project panel.Click
Manage access > Manage project access. The corresponding dialog opens.Select the access rights for the project in the drop-down menu.
Select Unrestricted to grant full access for all users.
Select Editing restricted to grant the Use privilege for all users. All other privileges are restricted.
Select Use and editing restricted to restrict all privileges for all users. Only the project creator has full access. The option is enabled by default.
Set the users access privileges.
Select a user in the list.
Enable a privilege for the selected user.
To enable all privileges for the user, click Set all.
To revoke all privileges from the user, click Remove all.
To transfer the user privileges to all analyses of the current project, click Pass privileges to analyses. The selected user gains the same privileges in all analyses of the current project.
Click Apply.
The selected users have the privileges you have assigned to them.
