Extract HTTP source data

After you created an HTTP extraction configuration, you can start the process to extract the data from the data source and import it into ARIS Process Mining.

Prerequisite

You configured an HTTP extraction.

Procedure. Procedure
  1. Open a data set.

  2. Click Extraction in the Data set panel. The Extractions section opens.

  3. Click an HTTP extraction in the extraction list. The configuration view of the extraction opens.

  4. Click system integration Extract. The Run extraction dialog opens.

  5. To start the extraction process with all endpoints specified for the extraction, click the More options button next to system integration Extract > Extract all endpoints.

  6. To start the extraction process with a specific endpoint, select the endpoint and click the More options button next to system integration Extract > Extract current endpoint.

If this endpoint has a dependency, the dependency is not executed.

The data extraction is started.

The extraction process may take a few minutes. You can check the status of the started data extraction in the Run log section.

Note that if you change the extraction configuration while the data extraction is running, your changes do not affect the ongoing extraction.

After the source data has been extracted successfully, you can configure a data transformation before specifying the required data model.
