Specify roles and functional privileges

To use ARIS Process Mining to its full extent, you need the necessary access privileges and function privileges.

You can specify the corresponding roles for ARIS Process Mining users and grant them functional privileges.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click the Navigation menu Navigation menu icon > administration Administration in the program header.

    The Overview page of the Administration section opens.

  2. Click users Users in the Administration panel.

    The Users page opens.

  3. Click a user in the user list. A corresponding dialog opens.

  4. Enter a first name and a last name in the corresponding input boxes. The e-mail address is not editable.

  5. You can change the role assigned to the user. Select a role from the corresponding drop-down menu.

  6. Enable the functional privileges you want to grant to the user.

  7. Click Save.

Your settings are applied.
