Open bookmarks

When you open a bookmark of an analysis, the corresponding analysis opens. You can open an analysis saved as a bookmark in any sections of ARIS Process Mining, for example, in Data collection or Administration.

If a bookmark contains only filters, the saved filter settings are applied to the currently open analysis.

If a bookmark contains variables, the variable values of the currently open analysis are overwritten.

Warning

Note that when you delete an analysis, the associated bookmark is also deleted.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click the Personal favorite Personal favorites icon in the section header. The Bookmarks panel opens.

  2. Open a tab in the Bookmarks panel, such as, My assets or Favorites. Bookmarks on the Current tab are available only within an opened analysis.

  3. Click a bookmark to open.

The analysis that is saved as a bookmark opens.
