Invite users

You can invite any user as ARIS Process Mining user and assign a user role to him or her. The access privileges of a user are determined by the role the user has.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click the Navigation menu Navigation menu icon > administration Administration in the program header.

    The Overview page of the Administration section opens.

  2. Click users Users in the Administration panel.

    The Users page opens.

  3. Click invite user Invite users. The corresponding dialog opens.

  4. Enter the email addresses of the users you want to invite.

  5. Select a role in the corresponding drop-down menu. The role is assigned to all new users you specify.

  6. Click Invite.

The specified users are added to the user list.

You can grant certain functional privileges to individual users.
